a. Express Consent

You have directly opted in (e.g., signing up for our newsletter or texting us to join).

If you’ve made a purchase, attended a show, or otherwise interacted with Frank Fiction in a business context, we may send you relevant updates for up to 24 months from that interaction, as permitted under Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

4. How to Unsubscribe

  • SMS: Reply STOP to end text communications

Once you unsubscribe, we will remove you from that channel within a reasonable time (typically within 10 business days).
